WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

All orders are shipped from our studio in the Czech Republic (European Union).

Standard Shipping / Express shipping

 Standard shipping is processed through a standard mail service so your national postal service will be delivering the package. 

Express shipping is available on request ( email us at wallzilladesigns@gmail.com ) and the price depends on the weight of the package and location. Price of the express international is usually starting at around $35. 

DELIVERY TIMES

We try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All prints are carefully printed to order so the dispatch time is usually 3-5 days.  This can be sped up on request if time is a big problem.

Standard shipping:

– EU: From 7 days up to 3 weeks, depends on local mail speed. 
– Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks

Express shipping:

– Europe: 1-3 business days
– Rest of the world: 2-4 business days

 * Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 days exchange (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind.

DELIVERY COSTS

Depending on the size of your order, the shipping varies between $6 - $8.99. All shipping costs will be shown at checkout. 

If you are not home upon delivery

If you have selected standard shipping and if you are not home upon delivery, your package will instead be delivered to a post office near you, so that you can collect it at a later time. Your local postal service should leave a notice in your mailbox about this.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept payments with Paypal and most Credit Cards - for credit card payments, currently, Paypal is used as a payment gateway. In case you do not want to use Paypal (which we suggest as it is a very safe way of paying online) we can agree on bank transfer payment.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We work on a print on demand schedule, returns are therefore accepted only in urgent and serious cases. Items must be sent back to us undamaged.  In a case of any postal problem (delay, lost package or damage) we will send you a free replacement.
